Hoss, Founder of MorEng, brings over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership within aerospace and defense environments. He previously served as Director of Talent Acquisition for an aerospace and defense organization operating across Canada and the United States, leading regulated hiring programs and partnering closely with engineering and executive leadership to deliver critical technical talent. His background also includes six years of agency recruiting experience, giving him a strong foundation across both sides of the talent acquisition equation.
